Yes, the title is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. I had planned to really lean in hard on the seasonal content for the blog this Summer, but I fell completely flat on my face and did almost nothing, while also slowing the content of the blog down in general. And honestly, I’ve been bummed about it.

But for as dramatic as that sounds, it’s not like it was for any bad reason or anything like that. I’m not unhappy, or losing motivation or something terrible like that! It’s not the end of the world, don’t panic! It’s simply that I’ve been very busy with other things. I’m still busy with other things, in fact.
What I’ve mostly been up to is going pretty hard on the whole Vtuber thing. You can support me and follow me on my Twitch here. Getting really close to affiliate now. I went from streaming once a week to now like at least three times, plus always focusing on ways to make that better. I’m also going to start mixing it with YouTube stuff, so, I’ve been a bit busy.

That’s not the whole problem, though. I talked about it a bit in this post, but once you fall out of seasonals, it’s damn near impossible to catch back up, especially if you try to watch as many as I did. I bit off way more than I could chew, tripped on my face and began choking on it. And instead of trying to resolve it or milk the remains of the deceased a bit, I just decided to trash Summer and pick up again next season, which is happening.
I already have my shows picked, their air dates, and which one’s I’ll likely do episode reviews on. Things should be going back to normal over the next few weeks, all my Twitch and YouTube plans fully intact, which I’m only going to be focusing on even harder. Nothing should fall behind this time and only more excitement should be on the horizon, just wait for it.

And I will use this to also pose a question. Would you like to see some Chainsaw Man episode reviews? These would be completely blind, coming from someone who doesn’t even know anything about the manga. I’ve just heard it’s supposedly going to be really good. I’d be all for doing it, just let me know if that’s something you’d like to see, and I’ll do it for one of my two Fall episode reviews.
That about covers everything, but I’ll again remind you to click on the Wallpapers page or look at the header and see the wonderful work my best friend and wonderful Artist Nora did. Each season the site will have a small change like this, and I’m just thrilled. That’s about it. Expect more to come.
Thank you very much for reading
Look forward to the future with me, or something like that.
Yeah, go for your Chainsaw Man reviews 🙂
I think it will be fun, so I probably will!
Have fun 🙂
I get this. I can never keep up with more than a few series a season, often just one or two (though next season i already have at least three I’ll definitely watch.) Schedules can get in the way. I do end up catching up after the season is over if it was something I really felt bad about dropping, usually with good results, but actually keeping up during the season can be another matter.
I’ll be watching Chainsaw Man I think, but it would be interesting to keep up with episodic posts. I never could do that myself, too much work, but it looks like this series will be worth it if you can manage that!
I have a few Summer shows I really will need to catch up with too. I just want to get a firm hold on Fall first, so I don’t fall behind again, haha.
Too busy to watch anime right now but I will once I’m in the mood.
