Aim to be a Pokemon Master was a great send off for Ash. I think comparatively the final episode was a bit underwhelming, but that's also because the last 10 were so good. It was a beautiful journey. I only hope Ash doesn't come back right after gen 9 because that would kill it.

Today ends with 1,500 more words written in Shiro's route. I'm getting close to finishing up the first draft for her route. I will soon be able to put her route completely into the engine and get all of the mood right for the writing that way, which is exciting.
